Our mirrors are made to order by Se-Kure Domes & Mirrors. National Safety Mirror's return policy is aligned with the manufacturer's policy.

Inspect on arrival

You have seven business days after delivery to inspect the mirror and notify us of damage. See our Shipping information for delivery and carrier instructions.

Request an RMA within 30 days

For returns for reasons other than warranty issues, contact customer service to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receiving the mirror. Mirrors outside this 30-day window are not accepted for standard return.

Once an RMA is issued, return the merchandise to us within 30 days of the RMA issue date.

Fees and refunds

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee after inspection. The mirror must be new and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

When the returned mirror is received in its original condition, the refund is issued less the 25% restocking fee. The original shipping amount is charged to the buyer within seven business days of receipt of the return. Actual shipping charges paid by us are deducted from the purchase price unless the return is due to our error.

Use tracking and signature confirmation to verify that your return reaches our facility.

Return requirements

• Return the merchandise within 30 days after the RMA is issued.
• Return the product in new condition.
• Include all original packaging materials, without tears or damage.
• Include all manuals and warranty registration cards, unmarked.
• Pay return shipping expenses.
• Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box.

Orders that cannot be returned

Special orders, discounted orders, large quantity orders, special pricing, or orders where pricing or shipping falls outside published rates may not be returned. Items marked ALL SALES FINAL are not accepted for return and no credit is issued.

Mirror warranty

Se-Kure Domes & Mirrors provides a one-year replacement warranty for manufacturer defects in material or workmanship under normal use and care. See the full Mirror Warranty for the manufacturer's complete terms.
