policyWhat is your standard return window for mirrors?
For non-warranty returns, request an RMA within 30 days of receiving the mirror, then return the merchandise within 30 days after the RMA is issued. The mirror must be new and in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee and buyer-paid return shipping apply; review the Returns policy for exclusions and original shipping charges.
policyHow long do I have to report shipping damage?
Inspect the mirror on arrival and report shipping damage within seven business days of delivery so we can provide instructions.
policyWho pays return shipping if I change my mind?
policyAre all orders eligible for return?
No. Special orders, discounted orders, large quantity orders, special pricing and orders where pricing or shipping falls outside published rates cannot be returned. Items marked ALL SALES FINAL and mirrors outside the return window are not eligible for standard return.
policyWhat is the warranty on mirrors purchased from National Safety Mirror?
The manufacturer provides a one-year replacement warranty from purchase for defects in material or workmanship under normal use and care, subject to Se-Kure Domes & Mirrors’ judgment. Abuse, neglect, misuse, tampering and accidents are excluded. See the Mirror Warranty page for the full terms.
shippingHow long do mirrors take to ship?
Inspection mirrors typically ship within 3–5 business days. Other mirrors are made to order in Sturgis, Michigan, and are typically ready to ship within 4–9 business days. Some common mirrors may already be available; contact NSM for current shipment times.
