policyWhat is your standard return window for mirrors?
Customers should request an RMA within 30 days of receiving the mirror to be eligible for a return, except for warranty issues. Returned mirrors must be in new condition in their original packaging and may be subject to a restocking fee.
policyHow long do I have to report shipping damage?
Inspect the mirror when it arrives and report shipping damage promptly. Damage should be reported within 7 days so the shipment can be reviewed and handled with the carrier or manufacturer.
policyWho pays return shipping if I change my mind?
For standard returns that are not caused by a warranty issue or seller error, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Use a trackable shipping method and pack the mirror carefully to protect it in transit.
policyAre all orders eligible for return?
No. Special orders, large quantity orders, discounted orders, and items marked all sales final may not be returnable. Mirrors outside the return window are also not eligible for standard return.
policyWhat is the warranty on mirrors purchased from National Safety Mirror?
Warranty coverage applies to defects in material or workmanship under normal use and care. Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, tampering, improper installation, or accidents is not covered.
