Mirror Warranty Information

SE-KURE DOMES & MIRRORS, the fabricator for National Safety Mirror, products are made of the finest parts available. If, within one (1) year of purchase,
should there be a defect in material or workmanship due to fault or act of the manufacturer, and if, in the judgment of SE-KURE DOMES & MIRRORS., the unit
has received normal use and care, and if no damage or wear has resulted from abuse, neglect, misuse, tampering, or accident, the unit will be replaced free of charge.

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LlEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLlED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF merchantability AND FITNESS FOR URPOSE. SE-KURE DOMES & MIRRORS ONLY OBLIGATION SHALL BE TO REPLACE SUCH PRODUCTS PROVED TO BE DEFECTIVE. BEFORE USING, THE USER SHALL DETERMINE THE SUITABLlTY OF THE PRODUCT FOR ITS INTENDED USE, AND THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. SE-KURE DOMES & MIRRORS., SHALL NOT IN ANY WAY BE LlABLE EITHER IN TORT OR IN CONTRACT FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILlTY TO USE THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM SE-KURE DOMES & MIRRORS. This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by events or circumstances beyond the manufacturer’s control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident.
